加工微小型轴向沟槽管的多齿芯头齿形优化

 多齿芯头是制造微小型轴向内沟槽管的芯模,其齿的几何形状直接影响管内壁沟槽的成形质量及自身的寿命。本文根据微小型轴向内沟槽管成形时矩形齿横截面金相图上呈现的金属流动特点和单个齿成形区域的边界特征,将成形区域划分为第一刚性区、塑性变形区和第二刚性区以及被压实的死区; 使用上限法建立齿形成形的单位挤压力数学模型, 并分析各参数对单位挤压力的影响机制,求解出金属最优流动方向的角度及其影响因素;优化出多齿芯头的齿形参数。实验结果与理论模型保持一致。

 

Abstract: The multi-tooth mandrel is used for manufacturing of axially inner micro-grooved tube(AIGCT), the geometry of teeth of multi-tooth mandrel have a direct effect on forming quality and tool life. Based on the metal flow characteristics of the rectangle tooth cross-section of AIGCT and the boundary feature of the forming region of a single tooth, the forming region can be divided into four parts: rigid region, rigid region , plastically deforming region and two dead zones. A mathematical model of unit extruding force has been formulated by the upper bound method, the effect of process parameters on unit extruding force has been analyzed and the optimized angle of metal flow direction has been calculated. Thus, the tooth shape parameters of the multi-tooth mandrel have been optimized.
