充液率和真空腔厚度对压扁型烧结式微环球体育彩票性能的影响

Abstract: An experimental study of heat transfer characteristics in a flattened sintered powder heat pipe is presented. Temperature fields in the heat pipe are mearsured for different filling ratios and vapour space thicknesses. The distribution of the liquid inside the heat pipe has a strong influence on the performance according to the investigation of the temperature along the axial distance, maximum heat transfer rate(MHTR), temperature difference and thermal resistance.The heat pipe is found to fail when the filling ratio is 10%, 40%, 50%. MHTR, temperature difference and thermal resistance increase by 111%, 2℃and 0.05℃/W respectively when filling ratio is changed from 20% to 30%. The vapour space thickness mainly influences MHTR when filling ratio is 20% and influences thermal resistance when filling ratio is 30%. MHTR gets 10-20% increment for each 1mm decrement of vapour space thickness when the filling ratio is 20%. Thermal resistance increases by about 0.05℃/W when vapour space thickness is changed from 3mm to 2mm. The heat pipe is found to fail when vapour space thickness is 1mm.

要: 针对不同充液率和压扁度的压扁型烧结式微环球体育彩票进行了实验研究。 分析了充液率和压扁厚度对环球体育彩票轴向温度分布,最高温度,极限传输功率,各部分温差和热阻的影响。实验研究表明, 管内液态工质的分布情况对压扁环球体育彩票的性能有至关重要的影响。 当充液率为10%40% 50%时,环球体育彩票失效。 充液率从20%增加至30%时, 极限传输功率提高约111%, 温差提高2-3 热阻提高约0.05 /W, 最高温度提高2-3 当充液率为20%时, 压扁程度主要影响极限传输功率:真空腔厚度从3 mm减少至2 mm时, 极限传输功率提高约11%; 真空腔厚度从2 mm减少至1 mm时,极限传输功率提高20%。 当充液率为30%时, 主要影响温差与热阻:真空腔厚度从3 mm减少至2 mm时, 温差提高约5 , 热阻提高约0.05 /W;真空腔厚度为1 mm时, 环球体育彩票失效。 本文对各种实验结果的原因进行了分析。
